HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY

Where technology meets patient care.

Healthcare is Nexora’s first applied domain. Our flagship initiative, Guinée HealthLink, brings reception, nursing, physician review, and conditional laboratory and pharmacy workflows into one connected encounter record.

One record, following the patient.

Reception, nursing, and physician review happen for every visit. Laboratory and pharmacy are separate branches, entered only if a test is ordered or a prescription is written. Every stage that occurs adds to one connected record for that encounter.

The mandatory stages are Reception, Nursing, and Physician review. Laboratory is a conditional branch entered only if a test is ordered. Pharmacy is a conditional branch entered only if medication is prescribed. Visit information connects to Reception, the Clinical Note connects to Physician review, a Result connects to Laboratory when ordered, and a Prescription connects to Pharmacy when prescribed. Every stage that occurs contributes to one connected record for the encounter.

Clinical work. Connected information.

  • Care-team workflows

Information stays connected across reception, nursing, physician review, and any laboratory or pharmacy steps required for the encounter.

  • Role-based access

Authenticated access follows role-based boundaries for clinical work.

  • A connected encounter record

Visit details, clinical notes, and any resulting laboratory results or prescriptions remain linked to the same encounter.

Flagship initiative

Guinée HealthLink

A connected health-record initiative shaped around care workflows in Guinea.

Access and operating conditions.

Access follows authenticated, role-based boundaries, with an oversight layer designed to give institutional and public-health roles visibility into aggregated, facility-level information rather than unrestricted access to individual patient records. The platform is designed for environments with limited or intermittent connectivity.
